Sunset Bliss

This summer my boyfriend John and I holidayed on the wonderful island of Ibiza. The island has plenty to offer from, the quient and dainty streets of the old town, where bright and vibrant flowers hung and locals washing strung high over the streets to idyllic beaches, such as Cala Conta, where classic Eivissa chill out tunes are played from near by beach bars.

Beach Bliss
One of our favourite things to do in the evening became wandering around past the vibrant town centre to the sunset strip where we found a lovely restaurant and cocktail bar. Around 8pm each eveing the sky would turn from purple to orange as the sun set on the party island. Some evenings we were lucky enough to get front row seats to this spectacular view on the restaurants sofa bed style loungers while sampling an array of yummy cocktails from the endless menu. My favourite soon became the strawberry daquiri, a a delicious delight to my sweet tooth.
